Two Year Warranty
Crystal Heating offer a TWO YEAR* warranty (subject to Terms & Conditions) on any Boiler installation.
We have been associated with Vokera and Ideal for many years and have a vast knowledge base of their products; in fact, our service department is actively involved with both manufacturers. In the unlikely event that a fault occurs on the boiler, we have the resources to address the fault quickly and efficiently. Our service engineers carry spare parts for these boilers and our intention is to get the boiler operational on the first visit. In a recent evaluation of our repair rate we managed to get 98.2% of all reported faults, completed on the first visit with the rest completed on the second visit. Therefore, if you have any problem with the boiler during or after the warranty period, you can rest assured that we will look after you.
